I bought the car deliberately, after a long comparative analysis of prices, equipment, prestige, reliability. So far I’m happy with my choice. What do you like: – Impressive car appearance and size; – spacious and comfortable interior; – technically advanced engine and six-speed automatic; – the presence of all-wheel drive; – relatively low fuel consumption (medium on 11, 2); – convenient settings for the elasticity of the engine and automatic transmission shifts; – Sufficient trunk space. During the first six months of ownership, I made a trip to Bulgaria with the whole family (2 adults and 2 children, a full trunk of things for the whole family) and make weekly trips to the diving quarry with a load up to the ears (3 people, 6 cylinders and other equipment). The car handles all this easily. Moving to Varna (980 km per day) was a breeze, I could easily drive another 200-300 kilometers. Consumption for the entire trip amounted to (there, back and there) 10, 5l. The upper part of the dashboard is soft and pleasant to the touch, but everything below is purely "American" 🙂 The trunk is trimmed even more "American". Here the only thing you can say "thank you" for is that it is finished in principle 🙂 I want, and I plan to, make noise reduction throughout the car. I identified 2 specific design flaws: there is no headlight level corrector, which seriously annoys the oncoming ones 🙂 in case you drive loaded and the complete absence of towing loops (God forbid that they are not useful, but still.). Here I do not find logic in the actions of the designers and the flight of their thoughts, as a result of which I force myself to put up with these shortcomings. Alternatives to her, for the money, I still do not find. I use or find pleasant moments in every option of my car – keyless entry, rear view camera, tailgate drive, panoramic roof. And, honestly, in the future I will not be ready to consider buying a car without all this. These "little things" just create an atmosphere of comfort during the operation of the car. Among European proposals, for comparable money you can buy a Tiguan-type car in a decent configuration, but such a choice, from the standpoint of logic, I could not explain to myself. Good afternoon. So I decided to write a review about this car. Before that, there was a Nissan Note, a Volkswagen Passat B6. I have been driving a car since the middle of summer, a car from the first batch, which was brought to Kyiv. First, about the merits of this car: a very spacious interior, high ground clearance, four-wheel drive, spectacular appearance, I think that an acceptable consumption for such a volume, the city averages 11.5 liters, and this is a run-in panoramic roof. In terms of power, I can say this: for this car, it’s just right, if you need to sharply overtake more on the gas pedal and the car goes, this is not a sports car, at times I would like more dynamics, but this is not critical, I can’t say that it is completely stupid . Although the Passat was faster, but there is a different weight and a turbocharged engine. Good interior soundproofing. Of the small minuses: too simple instrument panel, hard plastic in the cabin is very scratched, rather weak acoustics. In general, I can say that the car is cool, I personally really like it.

I bought a Venza 3.5 this year, I’m very satisfied, before that I drove the same Venza for 1.5 years, but 2.7 – I understand that now it’s a different car. Indeed, for such a rather big car, it is precisely 3.5 that is optimal – elasticity, instant reaction, elasticity on the road due to R20 wheels – it is elasticity, and not a jig and rigidity. Consumption on the previous 2.7 ranged from 12.6 in the city to 10.2 on the highway, at the moment it is 3.5 in the city at a maximum of 13.2, outside the city the same 10.2 – this is at an average speed of 96 km / h (drivers will understand) Kyiv – Lviv. Full refueling in the tank under the cork – 72 liters, refueled dry from the passenger compartment. Literally 1.5 months have passed since the car was completely silenced in two layers – there is an effect, the doors began to close like a Mercedes))), road junctions, potholes – became barely audible. On bad, rough asphalt, you can still hear the road, but I think the regular noisy GoodYear tires also influence here. I bought a Nokian R for the winter – we’ll see. The Toyota Highlander liked the fact that there is a lot of space inside, a comfortable fit, but the quality of the finish is at "3". Solid plastic, poor noise insulation. The version that I tested cost $ 59,000 (the most complete set). In order to improve it to the Venza configuration (the most complete configuration), it was necessary to add another $ 3000-4000 (namely: noise isolation, xenon, music, plastic trim with leather or other soft materials, I don’t think – this is not for everyone). In Toyota Venza (the most complete set – the price is $51,000), the quality of the finish is much better, yes, there is plastic, but it is combined with soft materials and leather. Those places that are constantly felt by hands – they are made of noble materials. The equipment is super, as for me, there is everything that is necessary for constant use, the design of the external and internal is beautiful, stylish. Places – a lot, both front and rear. Music is wonderful. Fuel consumption with an engine capacity of 2.7 on the highway at 100-110 km / h – 8.5 l; 120 -140 km / h – 9-10l, 140 and more – 11l. Around the city (Kyiv) 12-13l. The only thing that is missing on the track is the drive in acceleration, the 2.7 engine is not for that. But this is a matter of habit. There was nothing to repair. Changed oil, fluids, filters. At 20,000 km, a creak appeared in the chassis,
checked – stabilizer bushings. Replaced – 400 UAH with work. At 43,000 km, the creak was repeated. At 45,000 km I will go to MOT, I will replace it. Light – bi xenon – super! I noticed that in winter, when leaving the car, I never got my trousers dirty, it is very convenient to get in and out of the car!
